It's true: When we pass out the frozen lavender infused face towels at the end of our Bikram classes, you might just think you're in a luxurious health spa. But make no mistake about it – Our Bikram classes are authentic, taught at Juice Box Yoga ONLY by officially certified Bikram instructors. In fact, our team of instructors have a combined 80 YEARS of teaching the Bikram method!

BIKRAM'S BEGINNER HOT YOGA SERIES

If you are looking for recovery, weight loss, mental clarity, and expanded focus, you will love and appreciate this challenging hot yoga practice. The Bikram method of yoga has changed the lives of hundreds of students in our area for over 10 years. This authentic practice is instructed by our highly trained teaching staff in a hot and humid room. You WILL sweat!

This class is a 26 posture sequence selected and developed by Bikram Choudhury from Hatha Yoga done in a room hot and humid enough to make you sweat. This sequence is designed to systematically work every part of the body, giving all the internal organs, all the veins, all the ligaments, and all the muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function. Each component takes care of something different in the body, and yet they all work together synergistically, contributing to the success of every other one, and extending its benefits.

Bring water, mat, towel (we rent and sell all), and a change of clothes for after class. Have an open mind and do the best you can. Come in, come sweat, come change your life one drop of sweat at a time, it's our specialty!

WARM & MELLOW YOGA

This music class with smooth beats is the perfect introduction to yoga, or to complement all of your other high impact and physically demanding sports and activities. Mellow hip opening and passive stretching for shoulders and lower back are the focus. This dreamy class gives you a peaceful place to connect to your body, stretch sometimes overused muscles and to stay present, with calm breathing for 60 minutes. This class is for all levels, beginner instruction and modifications are given. Blocks are available for use. Bring your favorite pillow, bolster, and warm beverage if you like.

HOT VINYASA

This powerful class is strength and flexibility in motion. It is a rigorous, flowing asana practice that fosters a dynamic link between breath and movement to promote internal heat. While continuous in movement, the class encourages grace and intention, and focuses on safety within the poses. Modifications and advancement options make this practice accessible and stimulating for all levels of experience, from beginning yogi to seasoned practitioner. As a class that complements and supports a Bikram yoga practice, the room will be warm; come generate some sweat while you enjoy the upbeat music and playful vibe!

ROCKING HOT PILATES

Inferno Hot Pilates™ — Don't let the name scare you, this class is accessible for every BODY! You will get inferno HOT from this class while rocking to super awesome playlists and theme classes. IHP is a challenging full-body workout with ROCKING BEATS! Using Pilates principles, mindfulness and breath awareness; heat (95-100 degrees); high intensity interval training (HIIT); and TABATA (4 minutes of low impact exercise equal to 45 minutes of cardio). This low-impact exercise will strengthen your whole body and is safe and supportive for all levels. Beginner to Advanced. Within a few classes you will notice the benefits of weight loss, improved muscle strength and definition as well as an increase in coordination, and a decrease in stress levels. Prepare to challenge yourself at a new level, listen to your body, pay attention to your breath and have a Rocking great time!!
